ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondents to investigate and to file final report in FIR No.383 of 2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case in Crime No.383 of 2014 for offences under Sections 381 and 420 IPC, has been registered before the 2nd respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report as expeditiously as possible.
