This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner in Crime No. not known of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent would submit that on the complaint lodged by one sampath against the petitioner in C.S.R.No.149 of 2019, the enquiry has been conducted and closed on 02.03.2019.

4. The above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been continuously harassed by the respondent.
