This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in FIR No.347 of 2008 on the file of the respondent police station.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, M.Chandrasekar, Inspector of Police, Kaveripakkam Police Station, Vellore District, is present before this Court.

4. On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a final report has been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, Walaja, in C.C.No.49 of 2015 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 324 & 506(ii) I.P.C.

5. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
