O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) It is stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader that the prayer of the petitioners is met with by an order of the learned District Munsif, Perundurai, in O.S.No.47 of 2011 thereby setting aside the sale certificate effected by the Arbitral Tribunal and subsequently, the suit decree was also registered in Doc.No.1413 of 2016 in the Sub-Registrar's office at Thingalur / the 4th respondent.

2.Since the prayer of the petitioners is met with, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2011 also stands closed.
