PRAYER: Arbitration Original Petition filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for the following reliefs:- (a) the impugned award dated 16.01.2021 passed by the Id.Arbitrator Sh.K.Chandru, Justice(Rtd.), Sole Arbitrator in respect of the Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel Works for Units 9 & 10 of 2 X 120 MW set at NALCO - CPP - EXPANSION, NALCO - ANGUL - ORISSA awarded to the Claimant vide LOI No. BHEL: PSSR:SCT:1190 dated 16.09.2006 read with Agreement dated 22.11.2008 may be set aside and quashed;

(b) or pass any other orders as this Court think as deem fit, thus render justice.
