This petition has been filed to relax the condition that para 5(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1796 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for two weeks and thereafter he has not been complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1796 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police twice a week, i.e., on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for the interrogation.
