Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to (1)Pro.Na.Ka.No.33624/12/EE3/2, dated 26.02.2014, of the second respondent and (2) G.O.Ms.No.45, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E3) Department, dated 23.05.2013, of the first respondent, quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondents 1 and 2 to prepare a Seniority List of Overseers/Junior Draughting Officers as on 01.03.2013 and prepare the panel for 2013-14 for promotion as Assistant Engineer on that basis and promote the petitioners and other qualified persons and pass such further orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of this case. The learned counsel for the petitioners had given a letter to the registry, dated 28-03-2016, seeking to list the matter under the caption "For withdrawal".
