2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.229 of 2023. Now, the respondent had completed the investigation and filed a final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.155 of 2024 on the file of the II Additional NDPS Court, Chennai.
