This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 124 days in re-presenting the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the delay in re-presenting the above appeal is condoned. Howerver, the petitioners are not entitled interest for the dealayed period. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
