O R D E R

This writ petition is directed against the communication dated 10.04.2008 issued by the respondent, whereby, Shop No.F/C122 of Flower Market allotted to the petitioner was cancelled and evicted on 22.06.2007 for the failure of the petitioner to remit the instalment dues. In the said communication, the petitioner was further directed to pay the arrears of Rs.93,135/- immediately, failing which, recovery proceedings be initiated under the Revenue Recovery Act.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel. However, the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
