ORDER
This Criminal Revision petition has been filed by the petitioner to set 1/4
aside the order of dismissal dated 23.01.2024 made in C.M.P.No.9137 of 2023 in Cr.No.453 of 2023 on the file of the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai by allowing the present Criminal Revision Petition.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. An endorsement to the said effect was also made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in the petition today.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
