The counsel appearing for the parties in unison would submit that we had disposed of AS Nos.249 and 250 of 2018 on 17.10.2023 fixing the value of the lands acquired at Rs.500/- per sq. feet. It is also agreed that the lands involved in these Appeals are also covered by the notification under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition Act was published on 07.06.2005 and are similarly situated. 3/5

2. Hence these Appeals are also disposed of fixing the compensation at Rs.500/- per sq. feet. Needless to point out that the appellants would be entitled to the statutory benefits as available to them under Act 1 of 1894. No costs.
