ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to issue direction to the respondents to register a case on petitioner's complaint dated 22.06.2015, investigate and file final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry is pending before the Police.

4. The first respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner and proceed with the law, based on the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].

5. The petitioner is also directed to co-operate with the enquiry.
