RESPONDENTS Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to grant minimum pension to the petitioner from 1.7.2010 by counting his services as Village Officer from 22.5.1976 to 31.8.1976 and from 1.2.1979 to 1.5.1979 along with this services as Village Administrative Officer from 23.3.2001 to 30.6.2010 (Total 9 years and 9 months (Rounded off to 10 years)) and disburse the monetary benefits thereby a within a time frame.

2.The petitioner worked as Village Administrative Officer from 14.03.2001 and retired from service on 30.6.2010. He worked as a part time Village Officer before the abolition of the post on 14.11.1980. The petitioner's grievance is that he was not paid pension. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition.

3.Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a Government Order in G.O.Ms.No.158 dated 08.04.2015, and submitted that minimum pension was granted to the petitioner and the name of the petitioner is found at Sl.No.130 to schedule 1. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands closed.
