This petition has been filed to relax the paragraph no.7(c) the petitioners shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders;" in Crl.O.P.No.656 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.656 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 is relaxed.
