ORDER
This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the respondent Police to register FIR on the complaint dated 15.06.2015.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by this petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.216 of 2015 and the same was closed on 18.06.2015. A copy of the closure report has been submitted.
4. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5.The respondent Police is directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner.
