No.538498) of the petitioner for recruitment to the Post of Sub- Inspector of Police (Taluk), 2015 (Men and Women), quash the same and issue consequential directions to the respondent to admit the application of the petitioner and allow him to write supplemental Written Examination and to complete his Selection process and consider his candidature for recruitment to the above said post in accordance with his performance.

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondent to conduct Supplementary Examination for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police (Taluk) Level and to give an opportunity to the petitioner to write the exam based on his representation dated 18.05.2015.

2. The written examination for the post of Sub-Inspector of Police was held on 24.05.2015. Hence, the petitioner cannot seek for a direction to hold supplementary examination for the post of SubInspector of Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the above, I am not inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner seeking to conduct supplementary examination for the post of SubInspector of Police.
