The Engineer-in-Chief, Public Works Department vide his Letter No.S3(3)/017170/2023/Dated:07.04.2025 has requested the Government Pleader to withdraw the writ appeal since the order made in W.P.No.17059 of 2023 has been complied with vide G.O(D) No.31 PW(Est-II(2)) Department dated 03.04.2025.
