ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for contempt of Court for not complying the order of this Court dated 24.07.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.14348 of 2017. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the order of this Court dated 24.07.2017 has been complied with and accordingly, the petitioner's complaint has been enquired into and the same came to be closed on 16.11.2017.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed.
