Heard Ms. S.Radha Gopalan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Alexander, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that timing conference meeting would be convened after due notice to all stake-holders including the Petitioner within a period of two months and he has made endorsement to that effect in the court record. The report of such compliance shall be filed by 31.12.2022 before the Registrar (Judicial) of the Court.
