ORDER

This Criminal Petition has been filed praying, to direct the second respondent to register the complaint, lodged by the petitioner on 07.10.2014 and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is so drafted that it does not contain any material for commission of cognizable offence. It is seen that the petitioner and wife are estranged, as it is suspected by the petitioner's wife that the petitioner is impotent.

4. The opposite party is the sister of petitioner's wife and she is working in Police Department.

5. These are the materials which has to be determined only by the Family Court. Hence, Police cannot be directed to register an FIR. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner to law.
