These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to substitute the name of the Petitioner Company as "3F Industries Limited" instead of "M/S.

Foods Fats and Fertilisers Limited".

2. The learned Counsel for the Respondent is present before this Court and he has no objection regarding the same.

3. In view of the above, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendment in the above C.R.P.s.
