C.R.P.(PD) No.2257 of 2015 & M.P.No.1 of 2015 M.DURAISWAMY,J At the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter has been listed under the caption for "Being Mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the Trial Court may be directed to pass orders in the application before the commencement of the examination of D.W.1 otherwise, the petitioner would be put to hardship and prejudice.

3. In these circumstances, the Trial Court is directed to pass orders on the application prior to examination of D.W.1. It is needless to say that the petitioner-1st defendant company shall advance their arguments before the Trial Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a fresh copy of the order. 4.

The Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph in the order and issue fresh copy of the order to the learned counsel on either side and also communicate the order to the Additional District Court, Chengalpattu.
