Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 08.07.2015 lodged by the petitioner against 1) M.Vijayaprabhu, 2)K.Karthi, 3) Satyakumar, 4)D.Rajadhurai, 5)C.Jagan, 6)S.Mani, 7) S.Neelakandan, 8)A.Vijayaraj and 9)E.Radhakrishnan, who are the delinquent employees of the petitioner's company and take action on all of them in accordance with law who cheated the company as well as its customers.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying, to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 08.07.2015 lodged by the petitioner against 1) M.Vijayaprabhu, 2) K.Karthi, 3) Satyakumar, 4)D.Rajadhurai, 5)C.Jagan, 6)S.Mani, 7) S.Neelakandan, 8)A.Vijayaraj and 9)E.Radhakrishnan, who are the delinquent employees of the petitioner's company and take action on all of them in accordance with law who cheated the company as well as its customers.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. On a complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent Police have conducted enquiry and they seem to have closed the enquiry on 13.07.2015, on the ground that the petitioner did not submit any documents in support of his allegations.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice issued by the Police, asking the petitioner to produce the records, was received by him only on 15.07.2015, but whereas the Police have closed the case on 13.07.2015 itself.
5. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police on 01.08.2015 at 11.00 a.m., and on other dates also, as required by the Police and produce all the records that are required by the Police. On such records being produced, the second respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law act laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
