ORDER
(Order of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we grant three (3) months' time to the petitioner to remove the second floor to bring the building in conformity with the requirement of first floor with slope roof. In case of failure of the petitioner to do the needful within the stipulated time, the second respondent-Municipality will be free to proceed on its own.
2. The Civil Revision Petition, thus, stands disposed of in terms aforesaid. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is closed.
