(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The prayer in the petition is for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first four respondents to take action against respondents 5 and 6 on the basis of some grievance that the petitioner asserts.

2. The remedy of the petitioner is to lodge a complaint and, if such complaint is not entertained, the petitioner should approach the appropriate forum under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

3. W.P.No.10361 of 2021 is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
