2.Today, the 2nd Respondent/Inspector of Police, Uthukottai Police Station, Thiruvallur District has produced the Petitioner's minor son G.Govindaraj from the custody of the 3rd Respondent (Father of the Detenu - minor son G.Govindaraj). Ever since 03.05.2018, the minor son G.Govindaraj, aged about 7 years, is with his mother viz., the Petitioner. 3.Considering the fact that the the minor son G.Govindaraj, aged about 7 years (son of the Petitioner and the 3rd Respondent) has appeared before this Court, this Court closes the present Habeas Corpus Petition, as nothing survives for further adjudication Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS IX) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Sgl To 1.The Superintendent of Police, District Police Office, Thiruvallur District.
