This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the records relating to the order passed in Letter No.SLMDO/ACM dated 10.02.2021 by the first respondent and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to Re-constitution of supply of petrol and diesel to the petitioner's petrol bunk namely A.C.M.Petroleum Agency at Doddarthanahalli, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.

3. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
