3. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the case in Crime No.500 of 2013 has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 30.09.2013 and the referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.18 of 2013 was also served.
