The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave and permit the petitioner/ complainant to prosecute the above appeal filed against the judgment of acquittal dated 08.02.2024 made in C.C.No.4 of 2023 on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prosecute the appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case on 08.04.2024 for admission.
