Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the Respondent Police on monthly twice i.e., 1st and 15th of every month on 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl MP No.12927 of 2021 in Crl OP No.19175 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021 and pass such further or other orders that may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VELMURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.12927 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.19175 of 2021 dated 07.12.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed and the condition imposed while granting the Anticipatory Bail is relaxed in toto.
