ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners herein had attacked the de facto complainant, who questioned the conduct of throwing the liquor bottles after consuming the liquor. The de facto complainant being a lady, this petitioners have misbehaved with her and torn her blouse and threatened with bottle piece.

2. Considering the conduct of the petitioner and the threat alleged to have been shown to the de facto complainant on the day of incident, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
