ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 379 of IPC in Crime No.34 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This Court considering the fact that the petitioner has involved in illegal transportation of three tonnes of soft stone and that this Court has dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on 28.03.2022. This Court finds that there is no change of circumstance to re-consider the earlier order.
