This Criminal Original Petition has been filedto call for the records connected with the summons dated 21.03.2023 in Crime No.57 of 2023 issued by the first respondent and quash the same.

2.On instructions, Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), would submit that already investigation has been completed and the final report was also filed before the concerned Magistrate.

3.In view of the above submission, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
