Challenging the impugned FIR in Crime No.417 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 278, 123 & 132 of BNSS pending on the file of the respondent police, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that the investigation in this case has already been completed and that the final report has been filed before the Judicial MagistrateI, Poonamalle on 07.02.2026 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.86 of 2026.
3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
