This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.1322 of 2023 on 24.01.2023 to report before the respondent police on alternative day at 5.30 p.m., for the period of three months.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
