This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in WP.No.971 of 2018, dated 22.02.2018.

2. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court by order dated 22.02.2018, directed the respondent to complete the enquiry process in respect of genuineness of vertification of the Community Certificate of the petitioner following the relevant Government Orders on the subject and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner and his employer on or before 15.03.2018. Though the said time period expired, the said order was not complied with.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the State Level Scrutiny Committe after careful verification of records and enquiry confirms that the petitioner belongs to the Scheduled Tribe Community and communicate the same to the petitioner vide proceedings dated 06.03.2020 and a copy of the said proceedings is produced before this Court.

4. The submissions of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. Since the order dated 22.02.2018 is complied with, nothing surives for adjudication in this petition.
