ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the proceedings of the fourth respondent made in Computer No.134773 file No.Haj-15/28/2022Haj-MoMA dated 14.03.2023 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to follow the Haj-2019-2023 Policy notified in No.5/24/2018-Haj dated 16.11.2018 and allot 50 Pilgrims quota to the petitioner for Haj-2023.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner made a representation on 19.03.2023 before the fourth respondent for grant of Haj Travel quota and the same was not considered by the fourth respondent. Hence, the present writ petition is filed before this Court for appropriate directions.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2023 and pass 3/6

appropriate orders within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

4.The learned Deputy Solicitor General appearing for the respondents would submit that, the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2023 would be considered and appropriate orders will be passed in accordance with regulations.

5.Recording the above submissions made by the learned Deputy Solicitor General, this writ petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation 19.03.2023 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the regulations, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
