This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.267 of 2021 on the file of 1st Respondent herein namely Inspector of Police, Erumapatty Police Station, Senthamangalam, Namakkal District and quash the same as illegal.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
