2. By an order dated 06.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.No.7290 of 2017, this Court had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu to expedite the trial in C.C.No.197 of 2011 and complete the same within a period of three month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. It is now submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Respondents 3 and 4 that though sufficient documents are given to the petitioner herein, she is not cooperating with the trial Court.
4. The grievances of the petitioner is that she is not able to mark certain additional documents before the trial court and therefore filed the present Criminal Original Petition.
5. It is needless to point out that, if at all the petitioner intends to file documents, it is always open to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the trial Court, which opportunity was not availed by all these time. In my view, it would not be appropriate to pass any other order in the present Criminal Original Petition.
6. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
