O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Employees of the borrower have sought for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 to 3, from auctioning the unit of the fourth respondent mortgaged under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act.

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.R.Shanmugasundaram, Senior Counsel for Mr.N.Elumalai, for the writ petitioners submitted that the matter is settled. He seeks permission of this Court, to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No leave is granted to file a fresh writ petition by the writ petitioners, on the same cause of auction. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
