Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the Application under Form-II Rule 10 dated 03/03/17 of the petitioner in line with the representation dated 08/05/17 and pass appropriate orders by issuing permission to the Petitioner for carrying out the process of treatment and disposal of bio-medical waste segregated form various hospitals and health care facilities.
