ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to number and list the LAOP case before the appropriate court.

2. Admittedly, a reference has already been made by the District Collector pertaining to the request made by the petitioner for enhancement of compensation to the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu. Since the reference has already been made, the petitioner will have to follow up the reference with the concerned Court, which is the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu.

3. The petitioner will have to address the Registry of the said Court for early numbering of the LAOP case. This Court cannot grant the relief sought for in this writ petition, as it is only the Registry of the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu, which can consider the petitioner's request.

4. Accordingly, the Registry of the Principal Sub Court, Chengalpattu is directed to consider the petitioner's request for numbering of the LAOP case, which is the subject matter of this petition, as expeditiously as possible.
