This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to get the Cyber-Crime report for investigation in Crime No.37 of 2017 pending investigation file on the second respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.It is seen that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.37 of 2017 on the complaint lodged by his wife. Now, he is seeking direction to the second respondent to get Cyber-Crime report for investigation.
