It is seen from the typed-set of papers the decree for injunction granted by the Trial Court was not suspended pending first appeal. The 1st respondent/plaintiff has been enjoying the decree for injunction from 28.09.2012 onwards. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to suspend the judgment and decree passed by the First Appellate Court.
