PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palladam, in Crl.M.P.No.6044 of 2018 in M.C.No.10 of 2015 and to direct the trial Judge to issue the summons to the Managing Director of the SP Apparels Limited to production of documents which was mentioned in Crl.M.P.No.6044 of 2018.
