Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to continue and conclude the conciliation proceedings in a time bound manner so as to arrive at a settlement on the demands taken up for conciliation by him in Na.Ka.Nos.511/2013,607/2013 and to submit a failure report to the 1st respondent if there is no possibility of settlement and the 1st respondent to refer both the disputes for adjudication to the competent labour court and the 3rd respondent not to alter the conditions of service of the workmen concerned adversely till the disputes are either settled or adjudicated by the competent labour court, Award Cost.
