O R D E R
The plaintiffs in O.S.No.2063 of 2012 on the file of District Munsif Court, Coimbatore have filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit, within a stipulated time.
2. The plaintiffs filed the suit in O.S.No.2063 of 2012 for declaration and permanent injunction.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that the defendants have filed their written statement. Further, the learned counsel submitted that since the suit is pending from 2012, the plaintiffs are put to hardship and prejudice.
4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the District Munsif Court, Coimbatore to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.2063 of 2012 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
