2023-08-16Honourable Mr Justice S. Vaidyanathan,Honourable Mr.Justice K.Rajasekar1 pages
C.M.P. No. 14390 of 2023 in W.A.SR. No. 4201 of 2020 S. VAIDYANATHAN,J.
AND K. RAJASEKAR,J.
The above civil miscellaneous petition is filed to condone the delay of 1158 days in re-presenting the writ appeal.
2.
Though the 2nd respondent has filed a counter stating that no sufficient reasons have been given for such a huge delay in representing the papers, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3.
Accordingly, the delay in re-presentation is condoned.
However, it is made clear that the delay of 1158 days will not be counted for any purpose and the said period will be eschewed from the service records for granting any benefit provided the employee gets any relief in the writ appeal.
