Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the above Civil Revision Petition as not pressed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition, which reads as follows:- "Without prejudice to his rights and contentions in EA No.77 of 2015 in EP No.278 of 2013 in RCOP No.69 of 2012 before the Execution Court, the revision petitioner prays this CRP may be dismissed as not pressed."

2. Recording the same, the above Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
